| * There is a 30 day cancellation policy on all rental units | |
| * Proof of Auto Insurance is required. | |
| * No reservations held without a $250.00 deposit. | |
| * There will be a $75.00 charge for cleaning or dumping of unit if not done when returning the camper. | |
